RUDI BRITO
Born in Lisbon in 1988, Rudi studied Fine Arts at ESAD in Caldas da Rainha. After graduating he moved to Glasgow, where he developed further his interest in sound and music, leading him to collaborate with artists such as Oliver Pitt, Sue Zuki and Murray Collier. He presented sound pieces at the Center for Contemporary Arts and Cafe Oto as one half of the musical duo YONG YONG and a solo artist within the exhibition “Audiosphere” at the Reina Sofia Museum in Madrid.
Presently he lives and works in Lisbon, where he is again focusing also on visual art. He has recently shown his work at Galeria Zé dos Bois, Spirit Shop, and has completed a three-month art residency at Thirdbase.
